Are pets allowed?
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in any of our facilities. This policy allows us to ensure a comfortable and hygienic environment for all our guests. If you require further information or assistance, our staff will be happy to help you.
Is there an extra charge to add cots and high chairs for children in the flats?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to add extra beds in our facilities. However, for children aged 0-3, we provide cots for free. The number of cots allowed varies depending on the flat you are interested in.
At what time do you check-in and check-out?
Check-in must be communicated to the facilities in advance and takes place between 16:00 and 22:00. Check-out is between 8:00 and 10:00. Please note that guests must show their ID with photo and credit card when checking in.
Are there any flats where smoking is allowed inside?
No, unfortunately smoking is not permitted inside the flats in order to ensure a healthy and pleasant environment for all our guests. However, there are smoking areas outside the buildings. We thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
Is it possible to park the car indoors?
We do not have indoor parking spaces, however, each flat offers free outdoor parking spaces. You can conveniently park near your unit at no extra charge.
Where are the facilities located?
Two of our facilities are located in the heart of the centre of Bormio, allowing you to be within walking distance of the main attractions, restaurants and shops. The third facility is located in the picturesque Piazza village, slightly outside the centre, but still within walking distance.
How far are the facilities from the ski slopes and spas of Bormio?
Our facilities are located in strategic positions that allow you to reach both the ski slopes and the thermal centres of Bormio in a maximum of 15 minutes by car. If you need specific directions or suggestions for transport, our staff will be happy to assist you.
Do you have ski storage rooms to leave skis?
Yes, each of our facilities has a secure and easily accessible ski depot. You can leave your skis free of charge in the depot of the facility where you stay, making sure they are ready for use whenever you need them.
